THE ROLE

Based at our Osborne Park store, averaging approximately 30 hours per fortnight, including Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with no weekends The key responsibilities include:

Providing expert customer service to retail and trade customersPromoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accountsDeveloping strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best choicesAchieving and exceeding personal sales targetsSupporting team members to meet business goalsContributing to store presentation through merchandising and housekeepingSupporting the local community and charitable organizations

ABOUT YOU

To succeed, you will possess:

Previous retail experienceStrong communication skills to genuinely connect with customersAn energetic and enthusiastic approachCompetency in POS systems and Microsoft OfficeAbility to multi-task and prioritize effectivelyStrong attention to detail
