Overview

Trainee Educator opportunity at our Rosebay Campus An exciting opportunity to study a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while putting theory into practice in our campuses. The study will be funded and organised by Only About Children; this is a pathway into the Early Childhood sector with mentoring and career development available. You will work as part of a team, collaborating with experienced Early Childhood professionals and receiving mentoring while sharing your strengths.

You will learn about age-appropriate activities for children, how to keep them safe in line with child protection, supervise and interact with children, support/lead group times, and facilitate opportunities for children to learn through play. Responsibilities
  • Time to study, a mentor, and the chance to learn on the job and practice/experience setting up experiences for children.
  • Learn about age appropriate activities and how to keep children safe in line with child protection.
  • Supervise and interact with children, support/lead group times, and facilitate learning through play.
  • Participate in the organization's HEART principles and contribute to a positive culture.
Qualifications
  • Valid Visa with full working rights for a minimum of 24 months.
  • Current paid WWCC
