About the Role
As the first face our patients see, you'll provide front desk support and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. Working closely with the Office Manager and allied health team, you'll help ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
  • Manage bookings, emails, and patient records (Gensolve)
  • Process payments (HiCAPS, Medicare, EFTPOS)
  • Support general admin tasks and maintain clinic presentation
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality patient care
