Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining network performance, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring resolution within SLAs. You will provide technical support for a variety of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, Wireless control systems, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain network performance and troubleshoot incidents to ensure resolution within SLAs
  2. Provide technical support for routers, switches, firewalls, Wireless control, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Data center
  3. Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders (Solution Architects, Pre-Sales teams, senior management) to design and implement cost-effective, high-performance network solutions
  5. Diagnose and troubleshoot network and infrastructure systems to maintain 24x7 uptime with minimal downtime
  6. Provide technical and escalated support, particularly for security, routing, and switching incidents
  7. Deploy and manage wireless networks to ensure optimal coverage, security, and performance

Requirements

  1. Strong knowledge of security concepts, procedures, and policies
  2. Experience in the provision, support, maintenance, and administration of firewall devices (Fortinet and Firepower experience preferred)
  3. Understanding of advanced firewall technologies and threat protection
  4. Thorough understanding of common routing, switching, and wireless protocols, including practical use and troubleshooting

Skills/Experience Required

  1. 3+ years of experience implementing and administering complex network and security infrastructure
  2. Extended knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  3. Valid CCNA/CCNP and NSE4 certifications (essential)
  4. Understanding of ITIL processes and experience with ServiceNow (beneficial)
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
