Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement patient-specific goals to enhance recovery and improve quality of life.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Provide education to patients and their families to facilitate continued rehabilitation and independence.
  • Facilitate discharge planning, including liaising with community services for seamless transitions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to the highest standards in patient care.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should be a qualified physiotherapist with a degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy. Recent UK experience in specialised physiotherapy is essential, and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is required to work in the UK. While NHS experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
