Senior Litigation Lawyer (4–10+ years PAE) Join a Leading Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join a top-tier boutique's litigation team. Reporting to the Director of the team, you will play a key role in managing complex disputes with minimal supervision, providing strategic direction, and ensuring excellent outcomes for clients. If you are a Senior Associate or Special Counsel with a wealth of experience and want to be part of a dynamic and innovative team, this is your chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters
  • Provide expert advice and draft high-quality letters of advice
  • Prepare affidavits and witness statements
  • Lead and oversee junior lawyers, providing mentorship and direction
  • Coordinate with a dedicated PA/secretary who also assists with paralegal tasks
  • Work closely with the Director on strategy while taking ownership of day-to-day case management
About You
  • A minimum of 4 years' post-admission experience, with preference for those with 10+ years
  • Solid experience as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel with a strong track record in litigation and dispute resolution
  • Ability to manage cases independently, with minimal supervision, and provide strategic direction when needed
  • Extensive knowledge of Court processes and procedures
  • Strong skills in drafting legal documents, including letters of advice, affidavits, and witness statements
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior lawyers
  • Proven experience working in a collaborative team environment
