Overview

Join our team We are looking for Customer Service Reviewers to visit retail outlets and report back on the store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, etc. This work involves posing as a customer while making detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience. The ideal Customer Service Reviewer has an eye for detail and a good memory, is reliable, has great communication skills, and access to the internet. The number of assignments offered to you depends on your availability, your ability to successfully complete the tasks, your location, willingness to travel, flexibility and reliability. Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
