We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and engaging Head of Learning, Humanities to join Penola Catholic College and teach in an innovative and contemporary environment. As an innovative Head of Learning, Humanities, you will strive to create a learning environment that engages and extends our students, enabling all students to flourish. Both disciplines would be highly desirable.

About You

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate and model contemporary teaching practices: understanding how students learn best and having a demonstrated knowledge of the Australian curriculum frameworks. You will also be registered or have the ability to register with VIT. A demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children is essential.

About Penola Catholic College

Penola Catholic College is a co-educational college for students from Years 7-12 with two campuses in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. The Glenroy campus caters for Years 7 and 8, and the senior campus in Broadmeadows serves Years 9 to 12, with a total enrolment of approximately 1,400 students. We provide students with real-life learning opportunities and experiences to prepare them for the "business of living".
