Your Empowering Role as a Retail Store Assistant Manager :

• Be the 2IC Store Manager managing the team and store on their absence.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and ready for business daily.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, as well as our customers.
• Administer daily procedures accurately and handle required reports per company guidelines.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with recruitment, training, and development with a clear vision and goals.
• Assist with manage stock, conduct cycle counts, and ensure adherence to processing procedures.
