About the Role

As the Senior Manager, you'll be the driving force behind solution design, presales, and product strategy, while also overseeing project delivery to ensure seamless execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor solution architects, domain leads, and pre-sales teams, guiding them in designing and delivering exceptional solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create and implement innovative, customer-centric solutions that address real-world business challenges.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into viable solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and building strong relationships.
  • Oversee product development and management, ensuring the company's offerings remain cutting-edge, competitive, and relevant to the evolving needs of the market.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from the initial spark of an idea to the final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Lead and mentor project engineers and project managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative innovation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance existing products and develop new ones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, fostering a shared passion for technology and its potential.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and/or product management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering innovative solutions.
  • 3+ years of project delivery experience, demonstrating your ability to lead and manage complex IT projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, inspiring and motivating individuals with diverse skill sets and backgrounds.
  • Deep understanding of solution design, presales engagement, and stakeholder management, showcasing your ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience in product development and lifecycle management, with a keen eye for identifying market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients, executives, and technical teams.
  • Industry experience in IT services, consulting, or engineering, demonstrating your understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the technology landscape.
