We're currently seeking multiple talented and experienced Business Analysts to join our dynamic team

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for projects.
  • Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and requirements documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Support solution design, ensuring the proposed solutions meet business needs.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile project teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with business priorities.
  • Provide ongoing support and insights to business stakeholders, ensuring smooth project implementation and adoption.
  • Report on project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of business analysis best practices and methodologies.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, including the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including experience writing user stories, backlog management, and working with Agile teams.
  • Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with both business and technical teams effectively.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and clarify business objectives.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar).
  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience working in ServiceNow environment is highly preferred.
