You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting data, developing actionable recommendations, and presenting your findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using data to drive product decisions and a deep understanding of product development methodologies.   • Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors' products.
  • Gather and interpret data from various sources, including user surveys, website analytics, and market research reports.
  • Develop and maintain product dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experience.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in product analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus.
