The Role:

Working collaboratively with the Area Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience. You will embody Retailors' values: CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY, and INNOVATE. Your daily responsibilities include leading by example, developing your team through hands-on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a positive store culture.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results
  • Commitment to delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results-driven mindset
  • Genuine CARE for your team, customers, and the overall success of the business
  • Ability to COACH, mentor, and uplift your team, helping each individual grow and succeed
  • High ENERGY and a can-do attitude that motivates those around you and drives a positive store culture
  • Ownership and ACCOUNTABILITY across all store operations, ensuring smooth and successful day-to-day performance
  • The courage to INNOVATE, with the confidence to bring fresh ideas and lead change
