Love animals? Want to be part of a supportive and fun team that genuinely cares about what they do? Greencross Vets Oxenford is looking for a warm, reliable, and enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist/Nurse to join our crew

We're a busy and well-established clinic on the Gold Coast with a loyal client base, a strong focus on high-quality care, and a positive, team-oriented atmosphere. At Oxenford, we take pride in our professionalism, while creating a welcoming and enjoyable place to work—for both our team and our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing phones, bookings, and client enquiries
  • Assisting our vets in consults, surgery, and patient care
  • Administering medications and supporting recovery
  • Keeping the clinic clean, tidy, and well-stocked

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a vet clinic (reception, nursing, or both)
  • Great communication skills and a friendly attitude
  • Confidence handling animals and speaking with clients
  • The ability to stay calm, focused, and organised—even on the busy days
  • Someone who values teamwork and enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture
