Overview

Full-Time Retail Professional - Sydney Brand Centre at adidas. We are looking for a passionate Retail Professional to join the team on a FULL-TIME basis. This role requires a 38 hour work week and availability to work both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Drives profitability of the store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
  • Supports store management by delivering an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals, building brand equity
  • Represents the adidas brand and products in an inspiring way and fosters consumer loyalty
  • Maintains visual merchandising standards at all times
  • Ensures compliance with global retail directives, processes, policies and standards within the store to support a world-class flagship
Knowledge, Capabilities And Experience
  • Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members; maintains high performance standards
  • Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours

Availability to work 38 hours per week, flexible to the store\'s trading hours across weekdays and weekends.
