About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Kelmscott, you will assist plumbers and tradespeople in accessing the products they need for building and renovation projects, along with other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer service and product information
  • Preparing quotes in person and over the phone
  • Picking, packing, and stock control activities
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment
  • Occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have retail sales or customer service experience and enjoy helping customers in person and over the phone
  • Can pick orders, maintain shop displays, and ensure accurate information
  • Hold a valid driver's license (pre-hire checks required) and are open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • Are interested in developing your career, either locally or within our network
