Location: Lower North Shore

Hybrid: 3 days in the office (Tues - Thurs) 2 days WFH

Our client believes in empowering people through human services that drive social and economic inclusion. Their passionate Marketing Team plays a vital role in bringing that vision to life—providing branding, campaign, event, and social media support to our programs and Joint Venture partners across the country.

We're on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to be a key player in the delivery of outstanding marketing services.

About the Role

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic marketing team and instrumental in coordinating the company Joint Venture marketing operations. You'll also support a range of marketing activities that help power both brand and service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Marketing Manager you will implement marketing campaigns, from execution to performanc tracking.
• Develop and curate engaging content for social media and blogs across company and partner channels.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer on visual content and marketing collateral.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead the coordination of Joint Venture partner marketing activities in line with service agreements.
• Manage distribution of marketing and business support collateral.
• Assist with planning and executing corporate events, including logistics and promotional materials.
• Provide project and administrative support to the wider Marketing team.
• Perform general administrative duties, including call handling, data entry, order management, and ticket resolution.
• Assist with internal reporting and other marketing-related projects.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a similar marketing support or coordination role
• A related Bachelor's Degree preferred (Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communications)
• Experience with CRM software and systems
• CMS experience highly valued especially Dynamics 365, Hubspot and WordPress
• Adobe InDesign and Photoshop experience valued
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
