Role Overview

Based at Wormall Group's head office in Cardup (near Byford), reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing the transportation of materials and parts for the Workshop. Occasional delivery of parts may be required when other transportation options are not suitable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, interpret, and source parts accurately
  • Obtain quotes, lead times (ETA), and availability from suppliers
  • Order, track, and coordinate the delivery of parts
  • Manage inventory with proper organisation, labelling, and storage of parts and tools
  • Provide technical advice and support to the workshop team
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role for road vehicles and plant equipment
  • Mechanical background (highly beneficial)
  • Valid WA Drivers Licence
  • Construction/White Card
  • Strong time management skills
  • Good geographical knowledge of Perth region
