Key Responsibilities
  • Spot cleaning bathrooms, toilets, and amenities
  • Emptying swarf bins, general waste bins, recycling bins
  • Stocking up bathroom consumables
  • Stocking up tea, coffee stations
  • Blowing debris away from outside areas
  • Hosing down buildings
  • Cleaning internal walls
  • General tree pruning and yard tidying
  • Painting of internal office and amenity spaces when required
  • Picking up goods from local suppliers
Required Qualifications
  • Forklift Licence
  • Class C Drivers Licence + reliable transport
  • Be able to pass pre-employment medical & drug screen
  • Ability to work in a high-volume team environment
  • Physical ability to undertake labour-intensive duties
