Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pest Control Technician located in Central Coast, NSW. Some work in Sydney is also required. The Pest Control Technician will conduct termite inspections and identify pest issues, implement pest control treatments, and develop ongoing pest management plans for clients. Daily tasks include applying chemical treatments, setting traps, and creating barriers to prevent infestations. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and maintaining accurate service records. The technician will also communicate with clients to provide education on pest prevention and address any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct termite inspections and identify pest issues for clients.
  • Implement pest control treatments and develop ongoing pest management plans.
  • Perform daily tasks such as applying chemical treatments, setting traps, and creating barriers to prevent infestations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain accurate service records.
  • Educate clients on pest prevention and address their concerns.
Qualifications
  • Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) skills
  • Knowledge of PEST (Pesticide, Environment, Safety, and Treatment) protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Certification in pest control or relevant field is a plus
