About the role

We are currently seeking motivated Machine Operators to join our salad processing facility in Bairnsdale.You will be responsible for working on the production lines and working effectively and efficiently towards strict food quality standards.

Night Shift 12:06am and Day Shift 10:30am shifts available - Must be physically fit, liftup to15 kg sometimes repetitively, have sound English both verbal and written to complete the required compliance paperwork.We do work some public holidays and Sundays during our peak period (penalty rates apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Operation of machinery and equipment on food processing lines
• Achieving output and line speed targets within set timeframes
• Workingin fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliability
• Ensuring food safety standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

About You

• A proactive-can do attitude with an invested interest in continuous improvement and advancement in your role
• Must be physically fit, able to repetitively lift between 15-20kg
• Be willing to work in a cold environment (between 2-4 degrees). We provide PPE to keep you warm
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Be eager to learn and adapt to daily challenges
• Experience in (FMCG) with in the food industry will be highly regarded but not essential
• Awareness and high regards in food safety, quality assurance and HACCP, would be good but we will train you
• Flexibility to work over-time hours as and when required
• Police checks are required as part of the recruitment process
