About the Role:

Located in the peaceful Macarthur region of Sydney, BaptistCare Glendale Lodge is a new aged care home designed to feel like home. With 96 private bedrooms arranged into cozy households of 16 residents each, our home-style model fosters warmth, comfort, and meaningful relationships.

Successful candidates must be available to work a 4-day week, Friday to Monday, from 7:30 am to 3 pm.

As a Catering Assistant, your duties will include:

• Serving food and beverages
• Cleaning kitchen, dining, and café areas and equipment
• Taking orders and operating POS and EFTPOS systems (if applicable)
• Assisting with food preparation and reheating meals
• Ensuring meals are delivered correctly and on time
• Catering to dietary requirements and following the site Food Safety Program

About You:

• Experience working with food and cleaning chemicals
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure with empathy and patience
• Understanding of and alignment with our values
