We're looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join a thriving multi-outlet hospitality venue in regional Queensland. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role and be part of a well-regarded group with genuine career growth opportunities.

In this role you will:

  • Support the Venue Manager with daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and accommodation
  • Lead and motivate staff, ensuring excellent service and strong team culture
  • Manage rosters, stock control, and compliance requirements
  • Deliver great guest experiences while driving performance and repeat business

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles
  • Strong customer service focus with a hands-on leadership style
  • RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Accommodation support available for the right candidate.
