Petstock Cessnock is looking for Junior Team Members to join on a casual basis. Flexibility and availability across weekends, public holidays, and weekdays are essential. Availability after school and during school holidays is highly desirable.

A day in the life... Petstock Cessnock
  • Providing exceptional customer service with memorable, meaningful interactions
  • Inspiring and educating customers on pet care and products based on your knowledge
  • Completing sales transactions and aiming to meet store sales goals
  • Working with your team to ensure the store is well-presented and stocked with the latest products
  • Keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services
  • Contributing to a positive, supportive store culture where the team enjoys coming to work
  • Maintaining a strong safety mindset and fostering a culture of safety within the team
What We Need...
  • A passion for animals and delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience in a retail environment
  • A drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg products
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
