About the role

Are you a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in supply chain management? We seek a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to optimize processes, lead teams, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Overseeing end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution, you will align business processes, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Operations: Oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution, ensuring seamless material flow and cost efficiency.
  • Planning & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate materials data, lead demand planning, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Build relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance.
  • Logistics & Distribution: Optimize transportation and third-party logistics for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Risk Management & Business Continuity: Develop strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Process Optimization & Data Analytics: Use analytics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team aligned with business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and report supply chain performance to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
  • 10-15 years' experience in supply chain management within manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to transition from strategy to execution.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP, MRP, and data analytics tools.
  • Certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CRISC) are a plus.
