Citra Solutions is a boutique consultancy, experts in Modern Data Platforms for SAP customers. We help enterprises unlock the full value of their data, bridging SAP systems with cutting edge cloud technologies including SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and Azure. Based in North Sydney at WorkInc, we offer a flexible hybrid environment and work across industries including asset management, supply chain, agribusiness, manufacturing and service management.

Why This Role?

This is a unique opportunity for a senior data leader who understands both the structured complexity of SAP and the flexibility and power of modern data platforms. You'll lead strategy, delivery, and innovation across a range of data projects, supporting SAP customers as they modernise and evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a high-performing data & analytics team
  • Define and deliver end-to-end data strategies for enterprise clients
  • Drive integration between SAP and other source systems to cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure) and or SAP Cloud products (Business Data Cloud, BW/4, Datasphere, SAC)
  • Oversee project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership

Your Background

  • Experience in enterprise consulting or professional services
  • Strong experience with SAP data solutions (e.g. BW, Datasphere, SAC)
  • Hands-on expertise with at least one modern data platform (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure)
  • Excellent data modelling, architecture, and analytics skills
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for helping SAP customers modernise their data landscape
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and scalable architecture
  • CI/CD
