About The Opportunity

This full-time position offers a consistent weekday roster with early finishes on Fridays. You'll play a key role in delivering quality food service to students, supporting menu development, and maintaining high standards across the kitchen. This role is ideal for someone looking for structure, variety, and purpose in an education setting.

What's On Offer

  • Monday to Thursday – 10:30am to 6:30pm
  • Friday – 6:00am to 2:00pm
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • No weekend or evening shifts beyond 6:30pm
  • Work in a school-based kitchen
  • Be part of a supportive, experienced catering team

Gather by Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic chef at one of our key sites within a prestigious college in Glenfield

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing & presenting food for our customers
  • Stock ordering, rotation, merchandising & stocktaking
  • Maintaining a clean working environment
  • Ongoing Menu Development & Refinement
  • Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude
