アマゾンジャパンのエンジニアリング部門において、商品の入出荷設備の設計開発業務を行う中で、Amazonが強みとする迅速な配送スピードを実現するMHE(マテリアル ハンドリング イクイップメント)の技術開発のシニア エンジニアを探しています。
Responsibilities- 20% チーム メンバーと協力しながらオペレーション キャパシティーを高める活動を継続的に行い、また他のエンジニアリング チームや協力会社と協力しながらプロジェクトを遂行する。
- 20% 複雑な物と情報の流れを理解し、人と機械を組み合わせ、在庫保管設備に合わせた自動搬送設備の創案、設計、開発、導入をする。
- 20% プロジェクト発生する想定外の問題に対して、技術的な知識をベースとした解決案を提案し、トライ&エラーを繰り返しながら解決するまで決して諦めない姿勢を以って、周囲を巻き込んだリーダーシップを発揮する。
- 20% 設備のレイアウト/仕様まとめ/物流知識/プロセス デザイン/労働生産性を考慮して、イノベーションの創出を伴った最適な入出荷方法の設計を行うことをリードする。
- 10% 内部のチームおよび外部のベンダーとコミュニケーションおよびネゴシエーションを行い、短期間で高品質かつ低コストなプロセスを考案し、自動化・省力化といった技術導入を実現する。
- 10% グローバル エンジニアリング チームとのコミュニケーションを行い、グローバルで開発される最新技術を継続的に把握し、それらの新技術を日本へ導入し、継続的に日本のフルフィルメント キャパシティーを向上する。

Qualifications- 1. 物流(MHE/Storage/Automation)あるいは製造設備の設計や導入を行った経験
- 2. 2年以上エンジニアリング部門に所属し、プロジェクトの一部門を主担当としてリードした経験
- 3. CADを使った製造ラインやプラント配置設計といったレイアウト設計の経験
- 4. 社内他部門および外部ベンダーとコミュニケーションを取り、計画どおりに業務を推進した経験(国内/海外問わない)
- 5. Microsoft Officeを使ってデータ分析や技術レポートを作成できるスキル
- 6. 日本語と英語の両言語における、口頭と書面でのコミュニケーション能力(簡単な英会話/英文の提案書の読解)
- 1. 物流(MHE/Storage/Automation)あるいは製造設備の設計や導入を行った経験
- 2. CADを使ったレイアウト設計の経験および、強度/構造計算に基づいた機械設計スキル(施設/製造所などの設備配置設計、機械図面の作図など)
- 3. 日本語と英語の両言語における、口頭と書面でのコミュニケーション能力(英会話レベル/英文の提案書の作成)
