We're looking for a Site or Project Engineer who is eager to progress their career with a leading Civil Contracting company. Shadforth offers long-term career opportunities and is dedicated to the growth and professional development of its employees.

You will work on a diverse scope of projects including residential and commercial subdivisions, and major civil infrastructure such as roads and bridges across the Sunshine Coast.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for daily project activities to ensure project outcomes are met in accordance with contractual and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors
  • Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
  • Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
  • Cost tracking and reporting to Project Manager
  • Quality Assurance documentation
  • Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
