Knox Private Hospital is one of the largest private hospitals in Victoria, caring for over 1.2 million people across Melbourne's east and outer east.
This hospital is a fully accredited tertiary facility with 334 beds, providing Emergency Services, Extensive Surgical Specialties, 14-bed ICU, 17-bed CCU, Medical, and a full range of Cardiac Services including two 24-hour Cardiac Catheter Laboratories.

We utilize the latest technology and expertise, offering a Cardiology Centre, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, urology, and more.

As an ANUM – your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating a learning culture to ensure continuous improvement
- Maintaining professional and constructive working relationships with our VMO partners, using a customer service mindset, to enable high-quality patient outcomes
- Providing clinical operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of evidence-based nursing care
- Being accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human, financial, and material resources
- Coordinating and driving clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Undertaking direct patient care, as required
- Mentoring staff
Selection Criteria:
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Working with Children's check
- Current or previous ANUM or clinical nurse specialist experience (desirable)
- Experience in Scrub Scout/Robotics specifically
- Sound clinical knowledge
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service focus, time management, and prioritization

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement, the "Healthscope - Victoria - Nurses' and Midwives' Agreement 2021-2025"
