Ausco Modular is one of Australia's leading providers of transportable hire and modular construction solutions. We've been delivering innovative modular designs for over 60 years, supporting major projects in infrastructure, education, and construction.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role puts you at the center of our operations, managing the full lifecycle of hire fleet assets, from inspection to preparation, quality checks, and delivery. If you're detail-driven, organized, and passionate about quality and customer satisfaction, this is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

What You'll Do
  1. Oversee the return-to-dispatch cycle of hire fleet assets, including inspections, scoping, preparation, and quality checks.
  2. Ensure on-time, first-time quality standards for customer deliveries and 60-day service calls.
  3. Manage asset materials using a kanban system and track process improvements.
  4. Support operational teams by assisting with small maintenance tasks as required to meet customer demand.
  5. Stock management tasks ensuring accuracy of inventory counts.
  6. Uphold Ausco's health, safety, environment, and quality standards every day.
What We're Looking For
  1. Current Driver's Licence and Forklift (High Risk) Licence.
  2. Strong literacy, numeracy, and computer literacy (MS Office) skills.
  3. Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and motivate small teams in a safe and efficient manner.
  4. Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
  5. A strong solutions-focused attitude and adaptability to meet competing deadlines.
  6. Some basic handy, maintenance skills and tool competency.
  7. Clear, professional communication and ability to build positive relationships.
  8. Preferred: Experience in modular building, construction, or resource industries, plus knowledge of Ausco Modular products.
