YOUR DAY-DAY

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with our Store Manager and back of house team to oversee the daily operations of our dynamic retail stores.

  1. Guide our team in educating parents on our products, demonstrating their features and benefits, fostering genuine relationships with every customer.
  2. Oversee the store's back of house operations, working closely with the warehouse team and store administration assistant to manage loss prevention, stocktake, inventory levels and store standards.
  3. Train and onboard new team members.
  4. Ensure that all OH&S protocols are upheld to promote a culture of safety for all.

ABOUT YOU

  1. We're seeking a retail professional who leads by example and is a passionate and dedicated self-starter.
  2. Previous retail management experience (2-3 years) – preferably with a larger format retailer or a Store Manager from a smaller retail store.
  3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage people with ease.
  4. The ability to guide customers through our range of products and brands.
  5. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  6. An empathetic leader who takes pride in seeing their team succeed.
  7. Career driven leader who is committed to professional development.
