About the role:

As a Co-working Corporate Receptionist (Community Associate), you will support our customers at a Centre level, contributing to their growth and success by facilitating flexible working solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the daily point of contact in our business centre, delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with your team to meet community needs.
  • Create exceptional interactions with customers.
  • Answer calls and prepare meeting rooms.
  • Perform administrative duties.
