We're growing and seeking a passionate Data Services Analyst to join our Data and E-Learning Team.

The role involves improving the use of the Customer's core applications, collaborating with staff to improve processes, building reports, queries and visualisations, and helping our customers get more from their applications. The ideal candidate must be committed to customer service and problem-solving, possess excellent communication skills, and be willing to learn and receive support from the team.

Base pay range

A$70,000.00/yr - A$90,000.00/yr

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate closely with the Data and E-Learning Team Leader, Site Leads, and other team members to ensure efficient management of customer databases and core applications
  • Database and systems administration, integration, and management
  • Support customers with development of strategy by providing data-informed insights across all aspects of the business
  • Respond to and resolve support requests according to agreed processes and procedures
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of data systems and integrations to ensure effective knowledge transfer and future maintenance
  • Maintain and update PowerApps, custom queries, and reports
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and subcontractors as necessary
What You'll Bring
  • Knowledge of education systems and processes
  • Basic experience with data and databases, and the ability to learn quickly
  • Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents features and capabilities
  • Some ability to write and maintain scripts
  • Awareness of fundamentals of web development techniques, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
Bonus points for
  • Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Active Directory)
  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and Visual Studio, or SQL Database Administration
