Estia Health Yarra Valley is an elegant home with stunning mountain views, situated on a quiet residential street within walking distance of Yarra Junction Shopping Centre, services, and cafes. The home has strong links to the local community and a warm, friendly team, many of whom have been at the home for several years. Estia Health Yarra Valley is approximately a 45-minute drive from Ringwood and a 30-minute drive from Lilydale.

About the role

Join our Yarra Valley Home as an experienced Carer (Personal Care Attendant / PCA) and feel supported with ongoing training.

We have exciting opportunities for PCA's to join our team on a Casual or Part-Time basis.

Every individual in our homes has a story. You'll get to know each one as you:

  • Assist with daily activities to ensure our residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-fed.
  • Support residents with challenging needs alongside our team.
  • Help keep residents' bodies and minds active.
  • Monitor residents' health and assist with treatments.
  • Build friendships with residents.
  • Respect residents' privacy and dignity.

You'll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

  • A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
  • Experience working as a caregiver or similar role.
  • Strong clinical documentation and computer skills.
