About the role

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers? We're seeking a Vehicle Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.

Key responsibilities
  • Driving a Coles Services company vehicle around the carpark and local area, collecting trolleys and returning them to our in-store trolley bays – whatever the weather.
  • Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
  • Using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens and drains.
About you and your skills
  • A full unrestricted Australian drivers' license and a safe driving record. (you'll be required to obtain a full driver license history check)
  • Working both indoors and outdoors, you'll be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness
  • A passion for working safely and abide by Coles Safe work practices
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethic
  • To be active – you'll be constantly on the go and may require to do some moderate to heavy lifting, reaching and pushing
  • Availabilityto work flexible hours across our store trading days (including weekends). We have a variety of shifts available between 5am and 11pm 7 days a week
