Overview

We currently have multiple opportunities available for Lead Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) and 2nd Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) positions at Eden Academy Aldinga. We are a child-safe organisation committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. We operate from 7am to 6pm, and offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 83 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

  • Passionate about early education, with experience delivering high-quality care and learning

What You'll Bring
  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A professional, polished presence and warm approach
  • A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
  • Availability to work across Monday to Friday
  • Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
