At The Secret Garden Preschool, we're a small, nurturing early learning centre—welcoming just 20 children per day—where every child truly feels seen, safe, and cherished. Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a dedicated Diploma Educator who shares our values and can join our long-term, friendly, and consistent team. You'll play a pivotal role in helping create a nurturing home-like learning setting where children flourish through play, exploration, and connection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver play-based educational programs tailored to each child's developmental needs.
  • Foster strong, respectful, and culturally responsive relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Support children's social, emotional, physical, and creative development.
  • Uphold the National Quality Standards, ensuring excellence in daily routines, safety, educational practices, and governance.

Essentials
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Valid Working With Children Check.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and reliability.
  • A warm, nurturing, and creative presence.
  • First Aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training
  • Child Protection training

Desirables
  • Previous experience in small-group, family-style childcare settings.
