Early Childhood Educator - Certificate III

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and rapidly expanding provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking a passionate Educator to join our upcoming Riverstone Regent St Service.

As an Educator at Young Academics, you will lead a classroom team to provide high-quality, inclusive education and care. You'll inspire others through your experience, work closely with assistant educators, and ensure every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

This is a full-time position - Monday to Friday, between 6:30 am - 6 pm (rotating roster).

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Room Leader in providing high-quality education and care.
  • Develop and deliver an inclusive and innovative program.
  • Apply approved learning frameworks (EYLF) that promote each child's identity, community connection, wellbeing, learning confidence, and communication skills.
  • Maintain a safe environment, proactively manage risks, and adhere to health and hygiene protocols.
  • Lead by example in all interactions, fostering a respectful and collaborative team culture.
  • Partner with families to support their children's development and education goals.
  • Build and maintain clear, accurate communication within the team, children, and families, nurturing professional, supportive, and respectful relationships.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, documentation, and implementing programs for children aged 0-6 years, aligned with current pedagogies and frameworks.
  • Currently enrolled in or completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care from a registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and sector regulations.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Commitment to child safety and inclusive practices.
