Job Description

Oaks Melbourne On Market Hotel is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Kitchen Attendants to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

You will become part of a professional, friendly, and dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities Include :

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen
  • Operate, maintain, clean, and sanitise all kitchen equipment
  • Assist kitchen staff with cooking-related tasks
  • Help Cooks with the assembly and preparation of ingredients

Hourly Rates :

  • Monday to Friday: $24.95
  • Saturday: $31.19
  • Sunday: $37.43

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Studying commercial cookery or relevant course
  • Friendly, positive attitude
  • Experience providing quality customer service
  • Impeccable presentation and excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and proactive with a sense of urgency
  • Availability to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
