Randstad is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a well known company in Adelaide CBD for a 12-month full-time contract.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strong customer service with the ability to handle challenging inquiries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Navigate challenging conversations and deliver clear, professional communication.
  • Apply analytical and investigative skills to efficiently identify root causes of problems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
