What You'll Do

As a Technical AI Delivery Manager, you will oversee end-to-end AI project execution, technical delivery leadership, and team performance. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment between technology, clients, and business objectives.

  • Oversee AI & Technology Execution – Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation solutions, ensuring smooth execution across teams.
  • Manage People & Processes – Lead onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and structured execution.
  • Own and Build AI & Cloud Environments – Architect and maintain internal AI tools, Azure platforms, and DevOps frameworks that enable secure, scalable, and automated delivery across projects.
  • Ensure High-Impact Project Delivery – Manage multiple AI and technology projects, balancing short-term execution with long-term scalability.
  • Drive Best Practices in Project Management – Standardise delivery processes, structure execution frameworks, and ensure seamless project flow.
  • Support Pipeline & Pre-Sales Execution – Assist with Proof of Concept (POC) delivery, early execution models, and AI solution validation.
What We're Looking For

We need a delivery all-rounder with a technical background who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

  • AI-Experience (Commercial or Hands-On) – You've actively explored AI tooling, whether professionally or personally. You might have built prototypes, experimented with LLMs, automated tasks with AI agents, or delivered AI features in production. Curiosity is essential - but so is a track record of doing, not just reading.
  • Proven Project Delivery Expertise – Experience managing complex technology projects, ensuring structured, scalable execution.
  • Proven DevOps / Platform Engineering Experience – You've built and led technology environments, not just worked alongside them. You've designed, implemented, and managed infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud environments (Azure preferred). This is hands-on experience, not adjacent exposure.
  • Strong People Leadership – Experience leading onshore and offshore teams, fostering high-performance execution.
  • Stakeholder Management Skills – Comfortable engaging with CIOs, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.
  • Execution-Driven Mindset – Highly structured, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at speed.
  • Problem-Solving Leader – Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, with a hands-on approach to delivery.
  • Start-Up Adaptability – Resourceful, thrives in ambiguity, and comfortable wearing multiple hats as needed.

(This is an ideal role for a technical delivery leader who can take ownership of execution in an AI-driven company—not just track projects.)
