About the role:

As a Graduate Engineer at Origin, you will be part of a team crucial to powering our future, supporting the energy transition, and contributing as a leading gas producer in both Australian and international markets.

Starting in February 2026, you will undertake a transformative three-year program featuring hands-on learning, role rotations, comprehensive training, mentorship, and exclusive development opportunities to shape your career.

You will have the chance to work in various roles across the business in both site and office environments, gaining a strong technical foundation and diverse experiences outside your core discipline.

What you will bring
  • Degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Petroleum, Mechatronics, or Civil from accredited institutions.
  • Proactive problem-solvers, clear communicators, and strong collaborators who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy applying technical knowledge to real-world challenges.
  • Eagerness to grow engineering expertise across diverse projects and contribute to Australia's energy transformation and sustainable future.
  • Primarily based in Brisbane, with opportunities to gain experience in both office and operational sites.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency is required, with availability to start full-time in February 2026.
