As a Senior Consultant within the Government team, you will play a key role in driving business development within the branch and broader team.

Description

As a Senior Consultant within the Government team, you will play a key role in:

  • Driving business development within the branch and broader team
  • Building strong client networks and relationships
  • Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to growth strategies
  • Providing market insights and advice to clients and candidates
  • Ensuring a high level of service delivery and exceeding recruitment targets
  • Identifying top talent relevant to our clients' needs

Profile

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have:

  • A proactive and sales-driven approach to your work.
  • Passion for business and relationship development.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional 360 recruitment services.
