About The Role
  • Maintain customer service levels and exceed customer expectations whilst meeting team objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of domestic motor/property claims in accordance with the General Insurance Code of Practice.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries over the phone and in writing.
  • Develop customer relationships to understand customer's requirements, and deliver a positive, trusted customer experience.
  • Deliver a consistent and appropriate high level of customer service at all touch points.
About You
  • Experience in administration, customer service and/or contact centre within a corporate environment will be advantageous. Eagerness to learn and grow within the organisation is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to recognise, avert, manage, and escalate conflicts.
  • High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
