Through educating students on healthy choices, providing bespoke fresh food options, Chartwells brings the Hight Street food experience to education. But it doesn't stop at food. We offer personalised solutions with a focus on adding value to the hospitality services in education.

THE POSITION

  • Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students
  • Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
  • Monitor stock and minimize wastage
  • Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
  • Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation

THE PERSON

  • Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
  • Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
  • Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
  • Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
  • Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
