Located in the Isaac Regional Shire, Glenden is approximately 170km west of Mackay. It is part of the larger Central Highlands district which encompasses 17 unique communities including the larger towns of Clermont, Coppabella, Dysart, Glenden, Middlemount, Moranbah and St Lawrence. It also includes the smaller communities of Carmila, Clairview, Clarke Creek, Greenhill, Ilbilbie, Kilcummin, Mackenzie River, Mistake Creek and Valkyrie. We have a permanent position available for an English/Humanities* teacher, with the opportunity to teach an additional subject area.
- Humanities vacancies could include some or all streams of Humanities and Social Sciences (Geography, History, Civics & Citizenship, Economics and Business, etc, across Year Levels 7 to 12).
