Your role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for driving on-site operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical, communication, and leadership skills. You'll be hands-on and lead by example, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day construction site operations and workforce coordination
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections
  • Resolve conflicts and address on-site issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Oversee compliance with plans, permits, and specifications
  • Allocate and manage labour, materials, and equipment efficiently

About You

  • Extensive experience in Civil Construction
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive initiative and effective decision-making skills
  • Competent in plan reading
  • Plant Operator tickets - Grader, Loader, Excavator, etc.
  • White Card
  • Certificate IV / Diploma in Civil Construction Supervision (desirable)
  • Valid driver's license

This is a full-time permanent position, based in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. Salary: $100k + Super + Car
