    The Opportunity

We are seeking Scrub Scout Registered Nurses to join our Theatres Department. You will be an experienced Registered Nurse providing support during procedures at Dudley Private Hospital and our Surgical Centre Orange. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with support and guidance from the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team, and Shift Leaders to ensure high-quality patient care aligned with the hospital's and Ramsay Health Care's values and strategic goals.

Skills And Experience
  • Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum two (2) years Scrub Scout experience
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care needs
  • Exceptional customer service and time management abilities
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive relationships
  • Ability to work a rotating roster
Remuneration

Hourly base salary of $36.65 - $51.47 plus superannuation, based on experience and qualifications (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8). FTE $72,420.40 - $101,704.72.
