The Opportunity

First Grammar Lithgow is offering an Assistant Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional committed to creating an outstanding learning environment for children.

This role is part-time, working 24 hours per week.

About Us

Our centre features indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest technology and resources, and a variety of activities. We cater for up to 80 children, with operating hours from 7am to 6pm.

About You

  • You will hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma Qualification in Children's Services.
  • You have a good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • You have proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood setting.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You hold a current Working with Children Check.
  • You have a First Aid certificate.
